Choices In
Community
Living, Inc.
Our person-centered philosophy in action
A commitment of caring service
Choices In Community Living, Inc. is a private,
nonprofit agency that provides services for people
with developmental disabilities in Montgomery,
Clark, Madison and Preble Counties.
CICL measures quality through services and
supports that are responsive to the needs and
interests of clients and families. Our missioncentered policies and procedures exceed federal
and state rules and regulations. A governing
board representing clients, families and the
community provides oversight and a high level
of accountability.
CICL provides:
•a range of long-term residential options, from
7 days a week, 24 hours a day supervised group
living, to individual supported living options
•personalized services supported by a caring and responsive management team and highly trained
direct service professionals
•support services, such as semi-independent
living and respite services in family homes, as
well as in CICL homes
•”Fun-Fit” Adult Day Service Monday-Friday in
the community for qualified participants with
developmental disabilities
•Adult Day Service Transportation
•shared volunteer program with The Resident Home Association
Client requests for residential services are coordinated through the offices of county boards of
developmental disabilities.
CICL is supported through public funding (such
as Medicaid and other Waiver programs), fundraising events, grants, individual and corporate
donations. CICL also accepts contributions from
wills and estates.
CICL provides serv
ices that encourag

and support family
and community
relationships and pe
