Paine’s “The Crisis” and describe importance of
this writing.
2. Bell Work: Describe what Paine means in the
first two lines of the “The Crisis”? Take out
highlighters and pencils

a. Finish the vocabulary for the first two
pages.
b. Read the last two pages quietly and circle
