General Formatting for an MLA Citation
Note that there are tons of variations on how this is done! The citation below is used for essays written by a particular
author, but which are found in an anthology with a different editor (like most of the texts we’ll read). For other citation
formats, see your Wadsworth handbook!
Last Name, First initial. “Title of Article.” Name of Anthology. Ed. Name of Editor of Anthology. City of
Publication: Name of Publisher, Year of Publication. Page range of entry. Medium of
Publication.
