Directly responsible for leading the regional operations of BT Commercial which span 16 offices and over
400 professionals.
• Research Operations - Cassidy Turley BT Commercial maintains a comprehensive database on over
100,000 commercial properties in Northern California. With 14 researchers, this group tracks listings,
comparables, and properties, prepares market leading research, and supports the sales activities of the firm.
• IT Operations - Cassidy Turley BT Commercial maintains a sophisticated technology infrastructure
supporting LAN's, WAN's, Firewall, VPN, Desktop support for over 400 users, Database Servers, and
Colocation services with four internal staff and outside consultants.
• Human Resources - Provides leadership to make sure the policies and procedures developed by the
Director of HR are followed and implemented.
• Operational Strategy - Develops strategy on how to best use current and future technology services,
coordinates operational efficiency among local offices, and provides direction on future office and division
expansion plans.
• Fiscal Oversight - Provides leadership to make sure company is getting the most cost effective service from
its various vendors, negotiates major contracts and purchases, and reviews and approves all AP and AR
checks.
Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Cassidy Turley BT Commercial in January 2000. Jason, joined Cassidy
Turley BT Commercial in 1993, as Director of Research & Communications. Special Projects and
accomplishments at Cassidy Turley BT Commercial include:
• Helped underwrite and integrated four successful aquisitions by BT Commercial (NAI Sacramento Valley
Associates, Northern California Operations of Epsteen & Associates, Terranomics Retail Services, and
Damon Raike & Company).
• Created institutional quality quarterly and annual research reports that significantly enhanced BT
Commercial's perception in the marketplace.
• Created technology platform/infrastructure to increase service delivery for agent and clients.
• Implemented industry-leading Research database.
• Created Research Operations of BT Commercial.
• Moderator, REALCOMM 2000, Commercial Real Estate & Technology Panel, Intranets & Extranets.
• Member of BT Commercial's Operating Committee since 1993.
• First Salaried Partner in BT Commercial.
Prior to joining BT Commercial, Jason held analyst positions at Prudential Realty Advisors in Pleasanton, CA
and Embarcadero Mortgage Corp in San Francisco, CA.
