Lynda.com is a great online professional development opportunity to enhance your skills
anytime, anywhere. TCC is now providing access to lynda.com, an online subscription library
that teaches the latest software, creative, and technology skills through high-quality
instructional videos.
To access lynda.com, go to http://www.lynda.com/email-signup and enter your TCC e-mail
address. Once lynda.com verifies your e-mail domain, you will receive an e-mail from lynda.com
prompting you to create a profile. Upon registering your profile, you will be able to log in to
lynda.com anytime and anywhere using your email address and password.

Atomic Learning is an online professional development method of learning new skills through
taking courses anytime, anywhere. Last year Atomic Learning was purchased by the VCCS for its
colleges’ students, faculty, and staff. Atomic Learning is a campus-wide solution, with training
to help students, faculty, and staff successfully utilize technology. Atomic Learning provides a
wide variety of training on more than 250 commonly used applications
To access Atomic Learning, log into Blackboard. Click on Atomic Learning Link "Launch Atomic
Learning".

Magna Commons is an online professional development provides video-based, specific topics
geared to improve and enhance your teaching, leadership, involvement, and student-faculty
relations. Magna Commons also publishes an online, informative newsletter, Faculty Focus,
which provides short, relevant articles that are specific to faculty and leadership needs.
To access Magna Commons, obtain the access code from Tom Lee and follow the link below.
