Across industries, there has been a growing demand for graduates who possess project management, business and leadership skills to lead enterprise level projects and project teams in support of strategic business goals. The Master of Science in Enterprise Project Management
(MS-EPM) is a 36-credit degree that goes beyond the traditional tools, tactics and PMI certification preparation taught in most project management programs.
The Stevens Enterprise Project Management masters program blends courses in strategic perspectives, project planning, project portfolio management and complex project leadership for an applied curriculum that teaches students to develop the strategic mindset to effectively lead enterprise-wide project implementation.
In addition, students will:
• Gain insight and develop leadership skills in the areas of diverse cultural and behavioral project environments
• Learn to analyze and evaluate the impact of project and program decisions on strategic business goals
The overall Project Management program at Stevens prepares students to manage and lead enterprise-level projects. The program supplements the project management framework with education in advanced project management techniques and those very critical “soft skills.”
