Master of Science in Enterprise Project Management
Across industries, there has been a growing demand for graduates
who possess project management, business, and leadership skills
to lead enterprise-level projects and project teams in support of
strategic business goals. The Master of Science in Enterprise Project
Management (MS-EPM) is a 36-credit degree that goes beyond the
traditional tools, tactics, and PMI certification preparation taught in
most project management programs. The Stevens Enterprise Project Management master’s program
blends courses in strategic perspectives, project planning, project
portfolio management, and cross-project leadership for an applied
curriculum that teaches students to develop the strategic mindset
to effectively lead and implement enterprise-wide projects.

The overall Project Management program at Stevens prepares

The four-course (12-credit) Project Management Graduate Certificate covers both the theory and practice of project management
concepts, tools, metrics for project success, planning issues, risk management, human resources, organizational performance, and
managing complex programs as presented. Each project management course provides 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) that
can be applied towards a PMP certification.
