To support the central admin data function for the Academy, including the production of the Academy census. Critical Responsibilities To carry out the professional duties as circumstances may require and in accordance with the Academy’s policies - in particular: To input student assessment data e.g.KS2 SATs results, internal assessment data, exam results and ensure that comprehensive and accurate data and information is readily available to the Principal and Governing Body and other key stakeholders and partnering agencies. To ensure that all systems for the storage, monitoring and analysis of student assessment data are kept up to date. To support Heads of Faculty and provide key reports and data. To support Heads of Year and provide key reports and data across year groups. To assist in the production of student reports, both interim and full reports. To assist in the preparation and maintenance of the academy timetable to meet the needs of the academy as directed by relevant members of SLT. To support the Academy’s Examinations Officer in the management of the academy internal and external examinations system, including statistical data, downloading and receiving results from the various examinations boards and distributing results to students. To support in maintaining all student data, ensuring it is up to date with addresses, contact information, SEN, FSM. Adding, removing students on roll, CTFs. To assist in importing results, CATs, KS2, FFT, upload and manipulate student data including CTF uploads for pre admission students. To support pastoral data systems including Behaviour, Attendance, Exclusions and VIVO’s. To analyse and prepare reports on all pastoral data. To produce new timetables for all students ready for distribution on the first day of term or any mid-year arrivals. To attend meetings after the Academy day as and when required.
