1 Review

Review the website and related materials in order to better understand the minor.

PLEASE NOTE

During pre-enrollment , students enrolled in the minor have preference in the AEM courses that are offered in the minor

Students must pass all the required courses in good standing, with no grade lower than a C to complete the minor

At least 7 of the required credits must be taken in the Dyson School

2 Plan

Plan a course of study to complete the minor requirements (see the reverse side for more details).

3 Apply

Complete the online declaration of intent by the end of junior year.

Pre-requisite

Students must be enrolled in or plan to take in the next two semesters:

ECON 1110 OR

A comparable course in microeconomics (with a passing grade) OR

AP credit or transfer credit is acceptable if the course is listed on the applicant’s college transcript

PLEASE NOTE

Check pre-requisites on upper level courses to help determine whether to choose AEM

1200 or AEM 2400

Students majoring in ORIE may not select

AEM 3100 or AEM 4120 to fulfill the upperlevel class requirement.

ORIE students may take any of the following courses to fulfill the accounting requirement for the Dyson Minor: AEM 3360, 4200, 4210,

4170, 4230, 4260, 4280, and 4290. All but

AEM 3360 can also satisfy a Major App’d

Elective from category B towards their ORIE

At least 7 of the required credits must be taken in the Dyson School
