delivers technologies, products and solutions that give the best IT solutions to

both Corporate and Retail industries. Established in 1998, PRO TECHnology is headquartered in
Dubai, United Arab Emirates and has branches in Jordan, Sudan, Tehran, Iran and Libya. PRO
TECHnology’s portfolio of world class brands includes Apple, HP, IBM, Dicota, Qualstar, Nexsan,
Storageflex, Symantec/Veritas, Lacie and Canto.
PRO TECHnology is present in both regional as well as the domestic markets, with an excellent
network of partners in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iran, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Levant, Egypt
and Sudan. With a team of highly qualified storage and networking professionals, PRO TECHnology
has undertaken major IT projects and provided total solutions to the international and local clientele
through its team of channel partners.
The company has three distinct lines of business providing unique products and solutions to the
respective industry segments such as: Storage and Digital Archiving [SDA], Business Systems
Division [BSD], and Mobility Solutions Division [MSD].

COMPANY PROFILE
The Storage and Digital Archiving Division [SDAD] provides storage solutions such as Back Up
and Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, High Availability and Global Clustering, Digital Asset
Management, Archiving and Compliance, Professional Services, Disk-to-Disk back up solutions and
Storage Area Network. The Division’s professional assets are trained and certified by major vendors
such as IBM, SYMANTEC (VERITAS), NEXSAN, STORAGEFLEX, QualStar, & Canto. This highly skilled
team has successfully completed several enterprise projects that have been complex and
challenging.
The Business Systems Division [BSD] caters to the Mac World, Apple Computers, and has also
specialized solutions related to the NT environment. The BSD also provides design and graphics
solutions, audio and video solutions, networking, cabling, printing and publishing systems. It has
also solutions for business automation, pre-press, digital video and a complete range of hardware
and software solutions. Currently, we have two showrooms located at the heart of Dubai and
strategically located in major business district areas such as the Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai
Media City.
The Mobility Solutions Division [MSD] revolves around mobile computing equipment, notebooks
carry cases and accessories, pocket and mobile drives and portable and mobile scanners.
