Role McChrystal Group is seeking a highly professional individual to serve as an Executive Assistant to three C-Suite executives. Responsibilities • • • • • • • • • • Calendar and time management Organize detailed travel plans and itineraries Complete expense reports Arrange meetings and meeting agendas Compose and prepare correspondence Prepare confidential reports and presentations Review documents for accuracy Assist with miscellaneous projects Work closely and effectively with the CFO, CTO, CIO and other leaders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and appropriate follow-up Screen calls and greet guests at the office Qualifications • • • • • • • • • • • • Passion for our mission and high-growth organizations Warm and welcoming personality Strong work ethic, motivation and enthusiasm Ability to adapt to a fast-moving and constantly changing environment Unfaltering honesty and emotional maturity Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail Ability to take ownership of issues and manage to completion, proactively anticipate next steps and determine alternative improved means to complete assignment Excellent oral and written communication skills High proficiency with Mac/OS X, iOS, Gmail/Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and technology in general Team player with a professional and personable demeanor Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of varied activities Desire to learn the business and take on additional responsibility Preferred Skills • • • • • • • • • • BS/BA required, preferably in Accounting, Economics, or other Business or Communications major 2-3 years experience required; supporting a C-Level Executive ideal Strong project management and organizational skills Microsoft Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and Google Application experience Demonstrated critical thinking skills and superior attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, take initiative, set and drive toward goals Diplomatic and professional with the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Financial services experience a plus
