In the area of pneumatic and electropneumatic technology there are many different types of drivers (single, double action cylinders, rodless, linear rotation, indexing plates, etc...) and controls (valves and solenoid-valves in groups or independently) which have a wide range of applications. Configuration Examples All the didactic documentation supplied with the system is oriented to the developement of professional skills The modular design of the FMS - 200 system allows for several optinal configurations, ranging from the independent use of each station right up the complete solution of all eight modules plus the transfer. All options allow for growth over a period of time. Sensors are found in practically all the stations with a wide range of uses (inductive, capacitive, reed, potentiometer, encoder, photoelectric, etc.) Configuration 1 work station 5 All the stations are interconnected with the master PLC through an industrial communication bus, and they can operate at different levels depending on the configuration chosen. This enables the skills related to automated devices and electrical panels to be developed. 5 7 8 Configuration 6 work stations Electrotechnic power systems are present in both the transfer module, driven by an asynchronous motor, and the storage module in which the shafts are driven by brushless motors. The robotised screwing station enables the concepts behind industrial robotics to be analysed. Each station incorporates a programmable controler or PLC, which allows the configuration and instructions to be studied as well as the programming of these applicances which are so widely used in all automation processes.
