Welcome
The History of the SAP Newtown Square Campus
The Newtown Square briefing center is located
at the SAP North America Headquarters – one
hour west of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The
campus is situated on the beautifully
landscaped site of the former Charles E. Ellis
School.
Shake hands with the business leadership at
SAP America and meet the key solution experts
for the SAP Runs SAP team. Newtown Square
boasts a 185-seat auditorium, a dedicated
Design Thinking space, and supports the AGS
Mission Control tour, the SAP LEED Platinum
Sustainable Building tour, and more.

Design Elements:

•• Sixteen ice storage tanks for cooling, holding 3,400 tons of ice
created each night with off-peak electric
•• Reclaimed rainwater from roof and drains used for on-site
irrigation and sanitation

•• Maximized use of low VOC products
•• Rolling daylight (shades integrated with lights)
•• Maximized outside views and daylight to occupants

Newtown Square Campus
From Philadelphia Airport:
Exit the airport on Route I-95 South to Route 476 North. Take
476 North to Exit 9 (Upper Darby/Broomall). At the top of the
exit ramp, turn left onto Route 3 West (also called West Chester
Pike). Continue on Route 3 approximately 4 miles, crossing
Route 252. At the third light after crossing Route 252, a white
fence on the right marks the Ellis Preserve property. The main
gate is located at this light. Make a right turn into the SAP
campus.
From Center City Philadelphia and 30th Street Station:
Take Route 76 West (also called the Schuylkill Expressway).
Continue West to Exit 28A (Route 476 South/Chester). Take
Route 476 South to Exit 9 (Upper Darby/Broomall). At the top of
the exit ramp, bear right onto Route 3 West (also called West
Chester Pike). At the third light after crossing Route 252, a white
fence on the right marks the Ellis Preserve property. The main
gate is located at this light. Make a right turn into the SAP
campus.
From New York and Northern New Jersey:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 6, the Pennsylvania
Turnpike Interchange. Continue West on the PA Turnpike to the
476 South (Chester) exit. After paying the toll, continue on Route
476 South to Exit 9 (Upper Darby/Broomall). At the top of the
exit ramp, bear right onto Route 3 West (also called West Chester
Pike). Continue on Route 3 approximately 4 miles, crossing
Route 252. At the third light after crossing Route 252, a white
fence on the right marks the Ellis Preserve property. The main
gate is located at this light. Make a right turn into the SAP
campus.
From Southern New Jersey:
Take New Jersey Route 295 to Route 322 West, crossing the
Commodore Barry Bridge into Pennsylvania. Take I-95 North,
exiting onto Route 476 North in Chester. Take 476 North to Exit 9

onto Route 3 West (also called West Chester Pike). Continue on
Route 3 approximately 4 miles, crossing Route 252. At the third

From Washington, D.C.:
Take Interstate 95 North, exiting onto Route 476 North in

The closest airport to SAP Newtown Square is the Philadelphia
International Airport. The journey from this airport to the SAP
Newtown Square office is approximately 40 minutes.
Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station is connected to Amtrak’s
Northeast Corridor rail service also servicing Boston, New York
City and Washington, D.C.
If you have made car rental arrangements, proceed to Zone 2
outside the baggage claim area of the airport to pick up your
rental. The following providers are available at the airport:
At 30th Street Station, rental vehicles are picked up in the
lower-level of the garage. Car rental services can be located at
the counter next to the Customer Service office, directly behind

WELCOME TO SAP CHECKING IN
Checking in on campus?
Here is some information that will help you navigate
the SAP Campus in Newtown Square.
Parking
Upon entering from the Route 3 entrance,
make the first left which will lead you to the
visitor entrance of the parking garage where
you will find marked visitor spaces on the main
level. Once you have parked, you can walk the
promenade to the main entrance.
Cottages
Check-in
On-site cottages are available for overnight lodging. The
amenities in each guest room include a private bath with
hair dryer, television, desk with internet access, ironing
board and iron. There is an internal charge applied to a
cost center. For external guests, approval must be
obtained by your SAP host. To check availability, please
contact the EBC Receptionist at 610-661-1491.
Please check in at the main lobby reception desk where you will
receive your guest security badge. The receptionist will then direct
you towards the elevators which will take you up to the third level,
and will deliver you directly to the Executive Briefing Center where
the Executive Briefing Center staff will greet you and direct you to
your meeting room.
