Leads are investment related inquiries generated from trade shows and conferences, business trips, pre-qualified lead generation programs or
by direct contact through the web or as a referral.
Hot Leads are inquiries that have been followed up and a preliminary visit to the GTA and meeting with the GTMA has taken place.
Prospects are qualified investors that have visited the GTA and have received a substantial amount of direct servicing including meetings with
representatives from the GTMA and its partners with the potential investor’s key location decision-makers.
