From 2009 until 2011, Noah served a law clerk for the Hon. David A. Katz, a judge of the
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In that position, he drafted opinions,
jury instructions and memoranda in a wide variety of civil and criminal cases and in cases
where Judge Katz sat by designation on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, including many
cases involving Labor & Employment issues.
