FINAL EXAM DATES AND TIMES
The first scheduled meeting time for a class determines the final examination period for that class. Classes having a common final
examination for all sections should consult the schedule below for exam time of common final.
Students with a time conflict between a common final and a final exam scheduled opposite the common final in a regular class
period, should take a copy of their class schedule to the coordinator of the common final exam (consult academic department
for coordinator's name) and request accommodation of the time conflict. Also if one or more of your classes do not show a
final exam scheduled on your student center, contact your instructor for the date, time and location for that final exam.

Each faculty member is required to give final examinations at times specified in the final examination schedule. Whenever
circumstances make necessary a deviation from the announced schedule, clearance for such deviation must be obtained from the
appropriate dean and the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
TRANSIT AND PARKING SCHEDULE
Razorback Transit schedules and campus parking regulations will be as follows during final exams and the holiday season.
 On Dead Day, December 11, 2015 - Razorback Transit will operate regular service from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Reduced service
will be provided on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 7:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.
 During Final Exams - Razorback Transit will operate full service including evening reduced service from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
on the following dates December 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18. There will be no night service from December 19, 2015 through Monday,
January 18, 2016. The last night of Safe Ride service will be December 18.
 During the December Holiday Break - Razorback Transit will operate on the reduced schedule from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on
December 21, 22, and 23. Buses will not operate December 24, 2015 through January 3, 2016. Reduced service will be provided
from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday January 4-16, 2016.
 Full bus service including night and weekend service on all regular routes will resume January 19, 2016. Safe Ride will not operate
from December 19, 2015 through January 18, 2016. Safe Ride service will resume Tuesday, January 19, 2016.
Union Station will be closed – Union Station will be closed from December 19, 2015 until January 18, 2016 due to construction work
on Garland Avenue. The Red Reduced, Blue Reduced, and Purple Reduced routes will be departing from the Garland Center and the
Green Reduced and Tan Reduced will be stopping at Hotz Hall during this time.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day - There will be no transit bus service or Safe Ride service on Monday, January 18, 2016 in observance
of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Parking:
Parking regulations will be enforced on dead day and during final exams. Resident Reserved permit requirements will be enforced
until 5 p.m. on Friday, December 18, 2015. After December 18, Resident Reserved lots will be open for all permit types through
Sunday, January 17, 2016. The Harmon, Garland, Meadow and Stadium Parking Garages require permits or payment year round.

Friday (Dead Day): Writing Support Tutoring Only. Gregson available for study 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Monday through Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:50 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:50 p.m.

Assistance is available in unstaffed labs from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. daily using the Help Desk Chat application linked from the desktop.

The Arkansas Union computer lab, Student Technology Center and Help Desk will be closed from 6 p.m. on Saturday,
December 19, until 7 a.m. on Monday, January 11, while electrical upgrades are performed in the building. Phone support will
continue to be available at 479-575-2905, and IT Services anticipates offering an alternative location for walk-up technical support to
be announced next week.
Team room and workstation reservation times will be available until 3 p.m. on December 19. Equipment checked out from the
Student Technology Center must be returned by 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 17. Equipment checkouts will not be available at the
Center while the Arkansas Union is closed. Some equipment can be checked out from Mullins Library between January 3 and 10.
