Dress Code
Students are expected to follow dress code for all dance classes, adhering to the dress code implements discipline and unity. For the
safety and advancement of the dancer, instructors need to see the body alignment and placement in order to make proper
corrections.
Twinkle Star 3-4 yr. old
Pink leotard, pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes with an elastic strap (no satin slip-ons), black
patent leather tap shoes, and all hair pulled away from the face.
Twinkle Star 4-5 yr. old
Purple leotard, pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes with an elastic strap (no satin slip-ons),
black patent leather tap shoes, and all hair pulled away from the face.
Ballet/Pointe
Black leotard, pink tights, black ballet skirt is optional, pink leather ballet shoes (split-sole), all
hair secured in a tight ballet bun, no bangs.
Tap
Form fitting dancewear, black tap shoes, all hair pulled away from the face.
Jazz/Musical Theater
Form fitting dancewear, Tan slip-on jazz shoes, all hair pulled away from the face.
Jazz Funk
Any dancewear, Dance Sneakers (see our online store), all hair pulled away from the face.
Contemporary
Form fitting dancewear, tan slip-on jazz shoes all hair pulled away from the face.
*Baggy clothes, jean material, and shoes worn outside are NOT proper dancewear.
