New Model of Governance for Wessel & Company
Johnstown, PA – 2015:
Wessel & Company as part of its growth strategy has adopted the corporate form of firm
governance to operate the organization more effectively. The leading experts in the industry
including Marc Rosenberg have advocated this form of managing the operations of a CPA firm.
Wessel & Company has also restructured and “retitled” the leadership positions in the firm as
follows:
