An Electric Commodity Adjustment (ECA) will be applied as follows effective
April 1, 2015.
Small Commercial:$0.03295/kWh
Applicable to all kilowatt-hours used under any Rate Schedule for
Small Commercial Service
A General Rate Schedule Adjustment (GRSA) of 14.19 percent will be made to all
base monthly amounts as calculated under each electric rate schedule, effective
February 13, 2015.
An Interim Renewable Energy Standard Adjustment (RESA) increase of 2 percent
will be applied to the customer’s total electric bill prior to state and local taxes,
franchise fees or any other applicable fees and taxes, effective January 1, 2009.
Earning Sharing Adjustment (ESA) credit of (3.35) percent will be applied to all
base monthly amounts as calculated under each electric rate schedule effective
August 1, 2014.
GAS RATE SCHEDULE ADUSTMENTS
Demand-Side Management Cost Adjustment of 1.59% on C&I will be applied to
all base monthly amounts as calculated under each gas rate schedule, effective
July 1, 2014.
A General Rate Schedule Adjustment (GRSA) of 8.17 percent will be applied
to all base monthly charges assessed on C&I Sales and transportation service,
respectively, effective April 1, 2015.
A Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) charge per therm (Th) or per Dekatherm (Dth) used,
as appropriate, will be made each month by applying the currently effective
GCA. The GCA is subject to changes no less frequently than quarterly.

Late Payment charge: All electric and gas bills are subject to a minimum late
payment charge of 1.5 percent per month. This amount will be applied to all
billed balances that are not paid on or before three business days after the due
date unless the balance is $50 or less.
All electric and gas bills will include amounts representing applicable franchise
fees, state taxes and local taxes as are appropriate to the service rendered.

A PIPELINE SYSTEM INTEGRITY
ADJUSTMENT (PSIA)
All rate schedules are subject to the PSIA. The PSIA recovers the costs not
collected through charges for base service of the Transmission Integrity
Management Program (“TIMP”), the Distribution Integrity Management Program
(“DIMP”), the Accelerated Main Renewal Program (“AMRP”), the Cellulose
Acetate Butyrate Services Replacement Program (“CAB”), the Edwards to
Meadow Mountain Pipeline and the West Main Replacement projects. The PSIA
is subject to annual changes to be effective on January 1 of each year.

Commercial - Small Gas Service
Applicable to commercial customers whose annual gas consumption is less than
50,000 therms.

Photovoltaic Service

service is connected to an on-site photovoltaic generation system operated in
parallel with the Company’s system limited to a minimum of 500 watts, and
shall not exceed the lesser of the service entrance or distribution system
capacity of the customer or 120% of the average annual consumption of the
customer at the customer’s site.
Monthly Rate
All electric power and energy delivered by the Company to the customer
shall be received and paid for by the customer at the Commercial Service rate
schedule selected by the customer for all consumption. The customer has the
option to net-meter energy consumption under the Company’s net metering
service, Schedule NM. The monthly minimum will be the monthly minimum
charges under the applicable commercial rate. Minimum service period is
12 consecutive months.

Commercial Outdoor Area Lighting
Applicable to any commercial or industrial customer requesting such service.
