The screen is designed to prevent evidence from
being accidentally washed down
the drain. It is fabricated entirely from perforated

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE
We can provide various modifications to the
stations to allow for use by handicapped
personnel. For example, units can be fabricated
with lower dissecting areas or the front panel can
be fabricated for wheel chair accessibility. Tell us
your requirements and we will provide a solution.
RAISED DISSECTING AREA
On standard models the height for the dissecting
area is 34 in./86 cm. from the floor. We can
increase the dissecting area height up to 40
in./101 cm. from the floor. This increased height
allows taller personnel to work more comfortably
since there is no need to bend over to perform
dissecting procedures. All current body carriers will
still work with the raised dissecting area station.
DISSECTING AREA RINSE ASSEMBLY
Provides a constant flow of water beneath the
dissecting area grid plates to wash debris toward
sink and drain. Stainless steel tubing and spray
nipples provide long lasting use. Includes cold
water control valve and back
flow protection.

DISSECTING BOARDS
Dissecting boards are manufactured from
high density polyethylene which provides an
excellent cutting surface. All top edges are
chamfered and all bottom corners have a
non–skid rubber bumper attached. Colors
are white and Photo-Blue.
RAISED DISSECTING PLATFORM
Model LW380 is fabricated entirely of
polished stainless steel providing a very
stable work surface with a tray creased
toward center drain, height and width
suitable for over the body placement. Drain
has Optional hose attachment to route flow
to desired location. Custom heights and
polyethylene dissecting board are optional.

CART TO SINK LOCKING MECHANISM
This unique design securely holds the carrier
in position while procedures are performed
at the autopsy station. A custom stainless
steel cart locking bracket is mounted to
the front apron of the autopsy station. A
stainless steel slide rod can be locked or
unlocked from either side of the carrier.
Units are designed for use with all Mortech
stainless steel framed carriers. Standard on
all Mortech Autopsy Stations not for use with
hydraulic carrier bases.
SCALE SHELF & STAINLESS STEEL SHELF
Stainless steel scale shelf attached to front
of station for use with various platform type
scales. Fabricated to your desired size.
Receptacle can be provided to provide
power to scale indicator.
STAINLESS STEEL LEG ASSEMBLY
Leg assembly is constructed of 1.625 in/4
cm. stainless steel tubing. In addition, each
leg has an adjustable leveling foot.
COMMERCIAL GRADE

The stainless steel embalming table is
equipped with rollers and is designed as
an integral part of the embalming process
and for cadaver handling. It accepts the
standard stainless steel body trays (T3626).
It is sloped for drainage and uses rollers that
allow for easy loading and unloading of
cadavers which make transferring a breeze
to the Model 86-129 Roller Rack or any of
the Mortuary Refrigerators.

Tall Filler Spout for Embalming Machine
The tall faucet is designed for your
embalming machine to fit under the spout.
By using the master mixing valve, you can
supply the desired temperature to the tank
of your machine. The spout is easily turned
out of the way when not in use.
Table Rinse
A serrated attachment is provided for quick
connection of rinse hose. A constant flow of
water can be supplied to the embalming
table for cleaning or procedure purpose.
The rinse is vacuum breaker protected for
backflow prevention. Rinse Hose included.
Master Mixing Valves
Water temperature to the table rinse and tall
faucet are easily controlled with the master
mixing valves. Simply adjust lever until the
desired temperature is archived.

Hydro-Aspirator Assembly
A hydro-aspirator with built-in vacuum
breaker prevents contamination of your
water supply. The clear sight drain also
prevents contamination since the air gap
will not allow aspirated material back into
the aspirator assembly. A valve is provided
to control water supply to the aspirator
assembly. Included 10 ft./3 m. aspirator
hose & 5 in./12 cm. draw hose
Easy Installation
The entire unit is pre-assembled and
pre plumbed for easy installation. Simply
drop into the cutout in your countertop and
connect the utility lines. The base plate is
fabricated of heavy gauge stainless steel.
Will install incounters as shallow as 18 in./45
cm. deep.
Specify Left or Right configuration.

LW480 Aspirator
Deluxe hydro-aspirator with built-in vacuum
breaker and control lever to be used to
reverse the flow of water so as to direct it
through the hose connections for either
drawing fluid from the body cavity or rinsing
a desired location. Fits most standard
faucet threads. Fabricated from chrome
plated brass.
LW481 Extension
The hydro-aspirator extension is fabricated
from chrome plated brass. It provides further
safety against polluted backflow.
LW482 Non-clogging Head
The Non-Clogging Aspirator Head prevents
large debris from entering and clogging
the system.

SINK STATIONS
The wall mount shower and eyewash is
completely encased in a stainless steel or
plastic laminated housing. The shower unit
consists of the shower head, shower ball
valve, and pull rod. The eyewash consists of
the eyewash assembly and hand lever ball
valve. All plumbing lines are factory installed
and tested. Unit requires minimal hook-ups
at the project location.
