Risk Management Exam Preparation
Risk Management takes participants through the risk management process including valuable tools
for each step within the process: planning, identification, qualification, quantification, response
development and response control. Participants learn the value of adhering to the process and pursuing
risk management in a cohesive, orderly fashion. Through hands-on case practice, the course examines
the need for in-depth, comprehensive risk identification, and explores the tools and practices essential to
identifying the critical risk issues and developing responses to deal with those issues. Risk Management
also explores the opportunities to build risk strategies that span multiple risks. As an element of this
program, participants will examine the need for metric evaluation of qualified risks and the importance
such evaluations can have in long-term planning.
