Hope D’Oyley-Gay is Vice President and Associate General Counsel at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and is based in King of Prussia, PA. Hope is a senior member of the legal team that provides transactional legal support for GSK’s worldwide corporate development and business development activities in respect of major worldwide in-licensing and out-licensing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other collaborations. Hope joined the legal department at GSK in 2001. Jim Weygandt is Vice President and Associate General Counsel, International, at ARAMARK Corporation, a $13 billion company headquartered in Philadelphia that provides food and facilities management services and uniform services to businesses, sports and entertainment venues, schools, colleges and healthcare and correctional facilities throughout the world. Jim leads the legal team for ARAMARK’s International business, which operates in 20 countries outside the US and Canada, and provides legal support to the company’s large sporting event projects, including the Athens, Beijing and London Olympics, the 2010 Asian Games and the Brazil World Cup. Jim is also involved in the company’s international compliance program including in particular its FCPA and anti-corruption compliance activities. II. Questions for Panelists (40 mins.) A.
