Tactics That Improve Results 5. How to Design ScoreCards and Incentive Pay A ScoreCard is tool used to measure the performance of a department or work group. This course examines the ScoreCard structure, content and the process used to identify the appropriate objectives and measurements. Motivational and gamification theory is used to explain how incentive pay can be used to improve ScoreCard performance. 6. How to Develop Process and Social Maps Process maps display information about the flow of work. Social maps display information about the personal relationships involved in getting work done. This course examines the technique for developing process and social maps. 7. How to Lead a Department Action Team (DAT) Department Action Teams are the heart of engagement. They are a simple and proven process that enables employees to participate. This course examines the DAT process.
