Deliverables
• Develop a quality management plan and a human resource management plan based on your reading on Quality Management Human Resource Management in the PMBOK.
• The minimum requirements for the quality management plan are using two of the two quality tools, quality management guidelines, quality assurance plan, and quality control plan.
• The minimum requirements for the HR management plan are responsibility definitions, RACI matrix, resource schedule, and strategies for resource acquisition.
• Hand in the Project Quality Plan and Project Human Resources Plan before the lecture class next week, and keep a working copy for your final project.
• Submit your deliverables as TWO files.
