We warmly welcome all those who are worshipping with us today.
May we be blessed as we worship the Lord together.
SERVICE NOTES
Today, we welcome Rev. Rick Admiraal and Rev. Tom Vos as they lead us in worship. Rev.
Admiraal will lead us this morning and Rev. Vos will lead us this evening. We thank them for
joining us today. Pastor Visser is taking a few well-earned days of vacation.
The 7th & 8th Grade Bible students at OSCI have written Psalms of Ascent. These were used by the
Israelites on their way to Jerusalem to worship. This morning Blake Meinders will be leading the
congregation in the Psalm he wrote to prepare us for worship. We will be using more Psalms in the
coming weeks.
BLESSINGS & CONCERNS
Please keep the following members who are in Nursing Homes or Care Centers in your prayers:
~ Ruth Vande Kieft & Wilma (Ray) Van Weelden (Northern Mahaska)
~ Melvin Bloem, Dorothy De Ronde, Maxine Uitermarkt, & Kathryn Van Gilst (Homestead)
~ Elizabeth De Jong & Grace Van Weelden (Oskaloosa Care Center)
THANKS
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! What a blessing you are to the many children who receive the
boxes free from a complete stranger and then hear a story about the Greatest Gift of All. Please
continue to pray for your box and the child who will receive it, that they also may begin a life-long
walk with Jesus Christ.
--God Bless, Deb & Dena
Here we are in November already, so very close to the end of 2015 as we begin the holiday season.
We want to express our gratefulness for your continued support of our ministry over this past year.
Thank you for the $875 you gave in October, and also for the many prayers you have said for us
and our work here in Costa Rica. May each one of you enjoy a blessed Thanksgiving!
-- Tom & Cheryl Soerens
