Project Brief
On the Rosewood the role and responsibilities of Truelux developed as the site progressed with more things added to our scope
once the client had full confidence in our ability. During this project we had a full time site team of 8 installers and 2 project managers and completed the installation of over 1000 light fixtures throughout the hotel. Our key role was to assist with all lighting elements of the project including:
• Supply of light fittings – Wall Sconces and LED Down Lights
• Installation of all decorative light fixtures (Pendents, Sconces, Chandeliers) in guest rooms and public areas
• Supply and Installation of Toshiba LED Light Bulbs (All guest room and public areas)
• On-Site problem solving and snagging (Rectification of other contractors mistakes, making things fit & work
Benefits
Initially our scope was just to install light fixtures issued to us by the procurement consultant however due to our commitment the
scope grew making it a great project to work on and for us to really develop a strong relationship with the client. Since then we have
completed 2 further Mubadala owned projects The Galleria and also the Mubadala Corporate.
