ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• All packages are in addition to regular admission prices.
• 60 minute room rental may be extended at a rate of $25.00 per 30 minutes or an
additional $100.00 for the entire day.
• Birthday presents may be stored at Guest Information near the front entrance of the
park after the party at no additional charge.
• No outside food may be brought into Adventureland. If there are special food related
requests, please discuss those with your Personal Party Planner at the time of
booking.
• All birthday packages must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the event by credit
card (all major cards accepted). At this time, your party planner will confirm all the
details with you about your party. We’re sorry, but all deposits are non-refundable.
• If Adventureland does not open due to weather or another reason on the day of your
event, you will be notified the morning of your event as early as possible. Your credit
card will be refunded and we will try to work with you to reschedule.
• While we will provide basic decorations, if you have special decorations you would
like to have in place for your birthday party, please discuss that with your Personal
Party Planner prior to booking your event. Additional fees may apply and any
decorations left after the party will not be returned.
• No silly string or confetti is allowed and will incur an additional $75.00 clean up fee.
• Adventureland’s Party Planner will try to accommodate any special requests you
might have – however additional fees may apply.
• Prices and party specifics are subject to change without notice.
• All preloaded gaming cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and only valid for
the 2013 operating season.
• Damage to the birthday room, the room’s furniture or any other amenities beyond
normal wear will result in the credit card used to make your reservation to be charged
for the repair or replace cost, plus 15%, of the damage property. Adventureland Park
reserves the right to determine what constitutes normal wear.
