Jeffrey Liotta is a shareholder in the Waukesha County office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. Mr. Liotta

non-profit entities. He has served as lead counsel in some of the largest aggravated civil fraud and
business tort cases filed in federal or state court in Wisconsin, a number of which had parallel criminal or
regulatory proceedings.
Mr. Liotta:

Acted as lead civil counsel on business cases involving substantial exposures alleging breach of
contract, fraud, misrepresentation, false advertising, breach of fiduciary duty, conflicts of interest,
conspiracy, commercial bribery, theft, embezzlement, check kiting, check lapping, kickbacks, falsified
invoicing schemes, fraudulent transfers, unlawful use of documents of title and other intentional
business torts or claims.

Acted as lead civil counsel involving fidelity bond claims.

Acted as lead civil counsel in regulatory investigations or proceedings commenced by the U.S.
Securities & Exchange Commission; Financial Industry Regulatory Authority; Wisconsin Division of
