Mid Term B.Tech Major Project Evaluation
As per the Academic Calendar, Mid term Project evaluation of current semester of B.Tech Final
Year(CSE/IT) is scheduled on 20th February'16(Saturday) at 9:30 A.M. -1:30 P.M. Each student is required
to give 15 min. presentation.
The key points:
(i) Student must be seated in their respective room no. (PFA detailed schedule) sharp by 9:15 A.M. and they
must attend all the presentations.
(ii) Projects are majorly categorized as implementation and research based
(ii) Project handbook has to be shown to the panel by respective students.
(iii)The evaluation panel comments on page no. 23 in the project handbook has to be filled by the
respective panel members.
(iv) Attendance is compulsory for every student.
(v) The evaluation parameters are as mentioned in project workbook on page no. 5.
(vi) NO-SHOW cases shall be marked 0 out of 100
The Deliverables for Research based projects are: Challenges and Issues Identified, Interface Design,
Implementation and Presentation.
The Deliverables for Implementation based projects are: Challenges and Issues Identified, Methodology
Used, Implementation and Validation, Progress Report and Presentation
PFA for detailed schedule.
Note:
a) Kindly note each student can always find something new to be added to his/her knowledge by
listening to others’ presentations and later compare what s/he is doing with what others have
done. This could be a very effective measure for improvement in future.
b) The faculty members of various panels have immense experience in guiding B.Tech projects.
Do not forget to follow up with their suggestions in consultation with your project mentors.
c) You must Participate in project competitions to showcase your hard work and become
employable. The details for the same are available on LMS.
