Phase 1 is an effective, labor saving stripper that virtually eliminates the need for floor
machines, pads and rinsing. It will solubilize aged and built-up finishes and waxes almost
instantly. Can be used with or without a floor machine or may be added to your conventional
stripper for use on problem floors.

Stripping Procedures: Dust mop the entire area to be stripped. Remove gum labels and sticky waste with a scraper. Place “Wet Floor “ signs
around area to be stripped. Prepare pHase 1 solution. Suggested Dilutions: 4:1 for heavy-duty build-up, 8:1 for medium duty build-up , 16:1
for light duty build-up. Liberally apply stripping solution to the floor. Allow product to remain on surface for 6-8 minutes. Manually scrub all
corners and edges that the machine cannot reach. Scrub the floor with a floor machine or auto scrubber equipped with appropriate stripping
pad or brush. Do not allow stripping solution to dry onto floor. If this occurs, re-wet surface with stripping solution and scrub. Pick up the
stripping solution with a wet vac. Damp mop area including all corners and edges with clean water. Allow floor to air dry thoroughly before
applying sealer or finish. Note: Asphalt tile and rubber flooring could be affected by stripping solutions in high concentrations. Always test floor before proceeding.
