How do I contact support? 1. How much does a Technical Library subscription cost? Technical Library subscription costs are available at www.deloitte.com/us/techlibrary. 2. How do I subscribe to Technical Library? You can subscribe to Technical Library by clicking on the "Subscribe to Technical Library" link on the login page. 3. What forms of payments are accepted? You may subscribe to Technical Library with any of the following types of credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, or Visa. You may also choose to be invoiced within 30 days by selecting the “Bill Me Later” option during the subscription process. 4. Is there a limit to the number of users per subscription? No. Once you have created your subscription, you may add an unlimited number of users to your subscription at no additional charge. However, the number of users who are able to access Technical Library simultaneously will be limited to the number of licenses purchased. 5. What is a Group Administrator? The Group Administrator (by default is the first user) may add new users, remove users, edit user information, and amend or renew the subscription. They may also assign administration right to other users, allowing for multiple Group Administrators. The Group Administrator is listed in the Group Profile. 6. Is there a free trial or preview period for Technical Library? Yes. A 30-day trial subscription is available by clicking on the "Subscribe to Technical Library" link on the login page, and then choosing “Trial (30-day free subscription)”. No. You may subscribe to a one-time 30-day free trial of Technical Library. Review the Terms of Use for additional information. Within one week of the trial subscription expiration, you will be notified and given a link to subscribe to an annual subscription. 8. What is the refund policy? There is a 30-day refund policy from the start of the subscription. Refunds/cancellations are not available after 30 days. 9. Can multiple users access Technical Library with the same username and password? No. Each user must log in with a unique username and password. A subscription may contain an unlimited number of users; however, the number of users who are able to access Technical Library simultaneously will be limited to the number of licenses your company purchases. 10. What if I forget my password? If you forget your password you can have it emailed to you by clicking the Forgot My Password link on the login page. 11. How do I renew my subscription? Only the designated Group Administrator can renew subscriptions. If you are the Group Administrator: • Log in with your username and password • From the top banner of the content page click on Settings • Click on My Account Profile • Click on Account Settings • Click on the Subscription Info tab • Click on the Renew Subscription button • Verify your User and Group profile information 12. How do I add an additional user to my group? To add a user, you must be a Group Administrator.
