GRADE POINT AVERAGES
Semester and cumulative grade point averages are calculated

identified by “GPA.” The grade point average is computed by
dividing a student’s total UNH course grade points (Points) by
the calculable UNH credits attempted (GPA Hrs.).
ACCREDITATION
The University of New Hampshire is accredited by the New
England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. Specialized
programs of study offered by the University are also accredited
by the appropriate professional organizations.
