Roll Top Cooking Hood
Stainless steel cooking hoods trap in heat, moisture and smoke. This is our
flagship residential cooking hood and is included on all 210-Series
Mobile Grills. We recommend it be purchased for grills being built into outdoor cooking islands as well. A stainless steel rotisserie is also available.
This hood opens inside itself and does not require additional space above
or behind the grill to open; allowing it to be used in space limited cooking
island designs. Rotisserie option is available. Note: If installation height and

in Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania. This 30,000 square foot facility
houses our sales, logistics and shipping departments. We
maintain a large inventory at this location to handle the peak
seasonal demands associated with outdoor cooking
equipment. Our large inventory allows us to ship immediately
upon the receipt of most orders. Providing immediate shipping
and taking the time to select fast, reliable, motor freight carriers
is just one more way Big John strives to exceed your
expectations. When you need a grill delivered before the big

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We maintain a large inventory so we can quickly process and
ship your purchase. Orders received before 2:00 PM EST, on
in-stock merchandise, normally ship the same day. For your
convenience, the adjacent shipping chart shows the number of
business days normally required to receive a shipment from Big
John. These are normal delivery times (not including the pick-up
day or weekends) quoted by our freight carriers and can be
used to estimate your delivery date. Big Johnʼs shipping
department has negotiated substantial discounts with many
national motor freight carriers. Therefore, our shipping
department can assign a low-cost freight carrier that provides
fast, reliable and courteous service. If overnight or second day
delivery is required, our Express discounts can make the cost
surprisingly affordable. All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin
and we normally pre-pay & add the freight charges as a
separate line item on your invoice. If you have a specific
carrier or shipping request, please specify this preference when
placing your order.
RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE
Small shipments are sent via UPS and are easily received. Larger units require the use of common carrier transportation
(UPS Freight, CCX, PJAX, etc.). These shipments are “TAILGATE DELIVERY” and you are required to have enough help
and the proper equipment to unload the merchandise upon delivery. If you require residential delivery or special services,
the carrier will surcharge according to their rate schedule.
