Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Complete LWIT’s RN Program. The
Nursing program at UW Bothell accepts
students each summer and fall quarter and
offers both full and part-time study options.
Students in the program will complete their
degree in 4-9 quarters.

 How do I request services through
DSS?
Once a student has been admitted to the
university, they should contact the DSS
office to set up an appointment. The
documentation of your disability must
support any reasonable accommodations
offered by DSS. Documentations of the
diagnosed disability should be sent to DSS
prior to the intake appointment so it may
be reviewed beforehand.
 When is Disability Support Services
open?
DSS is located in UW1-175 (Office of
Special Services) and is open from 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

 When should I seek counseling?
Students are welcome to call and make an
appointment with a counselor when they
feel they need help in resolving a personal
problem.
 What kinds of problems do students
seek help for counseling?
Students seek help for problems including
but not limited to: stress, depression,
adjustment difficulties, anxiety,
concentration difficulties, grief and loss,
relationship problems, domestic violence,
sexual assault, substance abuse, or any
other concern causing stress or interfering
with academic progress.
 Is there a limit to how many
appointments I can have?
Currently enrolled students are eligible
for a total of six counseling sessions per
academic year.
