At the end of this course, students will be able
to:
i) grasp the issues relating to the performance
and breach of contract.
ii) effectively appreciate the principles of special
contracts as a piece of substantive legislation;
iii) appreciate the relationship of Special law of
Contract with other branches of law;
iv) apply those legal principles in real life
situation in rendering their services as legal
professional to both individual as well as
corporate litigants.
Entry Behaviour
At entry students are familiar with the legal
aspects of formation and management of other
forms of business organization like sole
proprietorship, Partnership and Limited Liability
Partnership Firm.
