JOVIX OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT ® Make an Informed Decision. A Jovix Opportunity Assessment (JOA) is the most efficient way to determine the project-specific scope, schedule, and business case for deploying Modern Materials Management™. It consists of an in-person workshop with your team and our industry subject matter experts, followed by the finalization of deliverables immediately after the engagement. LNG Project We come to you, we invest in understanding your project and we deliver a comprehensive path forward plan for maximizing the return on investment for implementing people, process, and technology to address your project’s materials management challenges. STEP ONE SCOPE As a team, we document the current process and pain points of the entire material lifecycle. Then, based on the goals and objectives of your project, we identify opportunities to increase construction productivity by introducing efficiencies throughout the materials management workflow. The scoping begins with the creation of a Project Geoscape™ that documents the high-level flow of materials through various locations in the supply chain. Once the high-level workflow has been defined, a comprehensive Process Flow Diagram is created to document the details of the materials management processes, as well as the legacy systems that will exchange data with Jovix, and the hardware requirements for all of the sites included in the supply chain. Deliverables: Project Geoscape™, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Data Management Plan, Hardware and Resource Allocation Plan STEP TWO SCHEDULE Based on the scope of the deployment and phases for implementation, we develop a Project Schedule that includes detailed milestones from the initial purchase order through project closeout. The schedule serves as the basis for creating the Jovix Implementation Plan and Training Plan. Documenting and maintaining a schedule-based plan for implementation and change management, with clear expectations and agreed-upon goals, is the key to a successful Jovix deployment. Deliverables: Jovix Implementation Plan, Project Schedule, Training Plan STEP THREE BUDGET We work with key project stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, and then develop a project-specific projected return on investment (ROI) for implementing modern materials management. This is delivered in a Statement of Work complete with the estimated cost of implementation, the expected returns on that investment and the key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be tracked to ensure that those returns are being realized. Deliverables: Jovix ROI Analysis, KPI Matrix, Statement of Work THE RESULT COST & SCHEDULE CERTAINTY The result of the JPA process is a project-specific implementation plan and business case that allow you to make an informed decision about the use of modern materials management on your project. RESOURCES & TIMING The required resources and length of the JPA process vary based on the needs and complexity of the project. The standard process is a 3-5 day onsite workshop with a one week offsite deliverable finalization period. The entire process from purchase order to completion is typically 4 weeks.
