Scholarship: Communication and Broadcasting
Offered by CAB (Canadian Association of Broadcasters)
Like every year, the Canadian Association of Broadcasters (CAB) provides scholarships to
help students who are working and who want to develop the Canadian broadcasting. Thus 3
scholarships will be offered to candidates this year.
There will be 6 recipients this year.
Deadline: June 30th 2009
Amount: $ 1,500.00 to $ 4,000.00
Presentation of the 3 scholarships:
1- Jim Allard scholarship for electronic journalism:

2- Ruth Hancock Scholarship:
Dedicated to the student willing to pursue a career in broadcasting. For more details

Reserved to graduate student interested in audience studies. For more details follow this

Procedure:
Fill out the form available on each presentation, then send your application directly to
CAB
According to the scholarship, an essay has to be written
The scholarship BBM requires 3 letters of recommendation
