Parliamentary Services
Lori Lukinuk is a Certified Parliamentarian with the American Institute of Parliamentarians and
Professional Registered Parliamentarian with the National Association of Parliamentarians. As an
expert in her field and one of only five parliamentarians in Canada to hold both the CP and PRP
certifications, Lori advises individuals and organizations on rules of procedure, bylaw revision and
interpretation, and rights and responsibilities of board members.
