Approval of Contract with Eagle Wings Academy The district has special needs students who have behavioral needs that require services beyond that which the district can reasonably provide. Arrangements have been made to place these students at the Eagle Wings Academy. These placements are based upon each studentʼs Individualized Education Program (IEP). The cost of placement at Eagle Wings Academy is $120.31 daily, with a maximum of $22,739.20 per year. A portion of the cost will come from the IDEA Part B Grant (Special Education). Some students may be foster students and their district of residence will be billed the entire cost of the program.
