Align completely with the Bosch and Siemens Brand Managers ensuring that the
Brand Strategic Plans are implemented across all customers within the
Consumer Products division.
Ensure complete commercial alignment with the NAM and manage all promotional
activities for Consumer Products for the Bosch and Siemens brands.
Effective management of the Consumer Products Trademarketing team to deliver
a great relationship between BSH and the Marketing/Merchandising teams of all
our customers.
Responsible for the efficient management of the Retailer Cost Compensation
(RCC) budget of the Consumer Products division.
Responsible for the effective execution, via customers, of all Brand and
promotional strategy. Including in-store, online, brochures, POS - aligned with
Brand and BSH objectives
Influence & optimise all consumer touch points of the Bosch and Siemens
brands through all our customers
Through our customers, develop and maximise the true potential of all BSH
brands including product launches, promotional activities, brand communications maximising value for both BSH and the customer.
Develop a productive relationship with the National Account Managers and
Category Managers to ensure promotional activities are fully aligned across all
channels and accounts
Responsible for the rolling 12 month Consumer Products promotional calendar
Through effective leadership, ensure that the Trade marketing team are
motivated, helpful, enthusiastic and with a proactive ‘can-do’ and solution
oriented culture
Ensure that the Trade Marketing (TM) team builds relationships within our
customers, National Account Managers, Category Managers and BSH Brand
teams to ensure all objectives are implemented with maximum impact.
Develop a close working relationship between TM and the top BSH Consumer
Products retailers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the challenges
met within the SDA environment. This would include the consumer behaviour
and journey, pre and post purchase.
Create and execute tailored solutions to deliver the mutually beneficial growth of
BSH Brands and the National Account.
Working in conjunction with NAM, Category and Brand Managers to support key
initiatives i.e. product launches, range reviews and raising Brand awareness
Drive bespoke marketing promotional activities for the specific retailer or
channel, from inception through to execution and post-promotion analysis.
Control all Bosch and Siemens customer communications as well as
communications with their staff.
Seek and explore new promotional opportunities aligned with the retailer’s
objectives.
Ensuring that the TM team is working closely with the National Account
Managers, Category Managers and Brand Marketing to ensure new product
launches are well communicated and implemented within all media channels, instore and online.
Develop consistent and key Brand USPs in-store (i.e. displays, POS) and online
(i.e. Brand pages, banners, exclusive features and content)
Set KPI’s for the Consumer Products TM team and conduct regular appraisals
and performance reviews of the TM team with the objective of developing talent
within BSH
Broadly the role will consist of 30% of your time within the customer premises
and 70% office based.
Ensure that the TM team is fully compliant with BSH Business Conduct
Guidelines.
Exceptional understanding of Brand management and strategy
Sales & customer focused, with an in-depth understand of consumer promotional

throughout their team
Graduate calibre or experienced in the role
Excellent product and industry knowledge
Knowledge of company policies
Knowledge and understanding of Competition Law, Bribery Act & BSH compliance
policy
