The floor area required is estimated to be around 120 150 m2 Surbana will help coordinate and manage the urban design model for key areas for each city, and the multimedia Consultancy Agreement Page 5 of 9 Activity 2: Setting-Up of Online Master Plan Setting up of Master Plan online include: - Web application development Web design for the master plan on-line presentation for the Client. Client will assume all costs associated with these activities. The government need to provide appropriate space and power supply for the web server Web maintenance for 12 months upon delivery Task Order 6: Integrated Capacity Building Activity 1: Overview and Insights into Planning Systems in Singapore Training in Singapore for 1 week for 10 staff from Ghana Activity 2: Series of Trainings in Ghana - Activity 3: Urban GIS training The training package includes the airfare (10 econ) to Singapore, training arrangement, accommodation and per diem expenses in Singapore. Training Sessions in Ghana on different topics related to urban planning and infrastructure planning at different stages of work Training Sessions in Ghana for 10 days on urban GIS for basic and advanced users. c.
