Electric circuit theory and
Electromagnetic theory are the
fundamental theories.
Electric circuit theory is the most
important and the basic course for the
Electric Engineering Student.
All the other subjects in your electric
engineering rely on the concepts of
these theories.
Problem solving is essential for the
theoretical understanding. Use Matlab
or PSPICE to further enhance your
understanding.

André-Marie Ampère FRS (20 January 1775 – 10
June 1836), was a French physicist and
mathematician who is generally credited as one of the
main discoverers of electromagnetism.
The SI unit of measurement of electrical current, the
ampere, is named after him.
