Course and Program Information
Generally, the courses made available through Educere are delivered primarily through the internet and/or computer.
However, the methods used to deliver a given course could include any combination of the Internet, Email, Streaming Video,
Streaming Audio, DVD, CD, Video Tape, Audio Tape, Real-time Telephone-based Meetings, Real-time Web-based Voice
Meetings, Real-time Web-based Text Meetings, Print Materials, and Traditional Mail. Most courses are delivered in an
asynchronous (anywhere, anytime) environment. A virtual instructor teaches each course, and students communicate with
the instructor via email and/or toll-free phone number. An Educere Personal Learning Coach™ supports the student
throughout the virtual education experience. The Educere Personal Learning Coach™ is not a tutor.
STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE A FINAL COMPREHENSIVE EXAM AT SCHOOL FOR ALL
COURSES. STUDENTS MUST COME TO SCHOOL AUGUST 2ND OR AUGUST 3RD BETWEEN 8AM-12PM TO TAKE
THE FINAL EXAM.
Schedule
- Registration Due Date: Tuesday, July 5, 2011
- Start Date: Approximately 7 days after receipt of registration and payment
- End Date: Credit recovery courses must be completed within 60 days of the student's start date, but no later than
Wednesday, August 3, 2011 by 11:59pm. Except $97.50 courses must be completed within 30 days of the student's start
date but no later than Wednesday, August 3, 2011 by 11:59pm.
- All courses are self-paced, but students must complete them by the end date set.

Online Registration Instructions
Educere's registration process is online and includes 4 steps. Below is an overview of the process.
- Step 1 - Course Selection - Enter the course # in the "Register Now" section found on the top-right of every web page at
www.educere.net. After reviewing the course, to begin the registration process, click the "Add to Cart" link found in the rightcolumn of every course overview page.
- Step 2 - School Contact Information - Enter the school code: 5KGH8IDZ. Select the student guidance counselor from the
drop down box.
- Step 3 - Student/Parent Contact Information - Enter student and parent contact information; including emails.
- Step 4 - Payment Information - Credit/Debit or Check/Money Order payments are accepted directly from the
parent/student.
