The role is new and therefore has no precedence and represents an extraordinary opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on business strategy decisions and provide creative and innovative HR solutions. Registration No. 08121803 Registered Office: 1 Sheldon Square, Paddington, London, W2 6TT www.v-nova.com OBJECTIVES: • • • • • • HR generalist role to lead and manage all aspects related to people needs, in order to develop, implement and manage specific HR policies and initiatives Work with the leadership team to shape the HR function and define and deliver effective HR solutions Build and drive a forward-thinking recruitment strategy to ensure the company has the resource, capability and talent for long-term growth plans Lead and assist in the implementation of the performance management and appraisal process Responsible for the development and training of the Senior HR Advisor and team including setting and review of performance objectives Advise on all operational HR areas PERSON SPECIFICATION: • • • • • • • • Hands-on mentality and high energy levels Positive mind set with high levels of integrity Strong listening and communication skills Embodying company’s core values Comfortable balancing operational and strategic responsibilities Positive can-do attitude, with the ability to create strong and sustainable professional relationships at all levels A range of influencing, coaching and communication skills that will ensure success and command credibility at all levels of the organisation Ability to work with minimum supervision, in an autonomous and independent way QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • • • • • • Degree educated or equivalent, CIPD qualified 7-10 years minimum experience in the HR field, ideally in a dynamic and fast growing environment; a mixture of corporate and SME experience is highly desirable Broad HR experience encompassing Compensation and Benefits, Talent and Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Learning & Development Good knowledge of UK Employment Law, exposure to global employment issues desirable External suppliers management Proven track record of high performance / service delivery in HR operations and projects
