Bristol-Myers Squibb has received a yellow card because of ongoing mass-tort litigation. Since 2008, multiple plaintiffs filed suits
against BMS, saying toxic chemicals contaminated a company site in New Brunswick, N.J. and caused personal injuries to residents
of the neighborhoods surrounding the facility. The contamination occurred earlier in the site’s over 100-year history. BMS has been
cleaning up the site under New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection supervision.

Occidental Petroleum has received a yellow card for ongoing litigation concerning Peruvian indigenous peoples’ claims against the
company The case has been allowed to go forward in U.S. courts after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the case, allowing a
lower court ruling to stand. The Achuar, native to the Peruvian Amazon River, allege the company dumped 850,000 gallons of toxic
wastewater a day every day for 30 years into the Amazon watershed.

Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) has received a red card because of the legal fallout from the 2010 gas pipeline explosion in San Bruno,
CA. Eight residents were killed and 38 homes destroyed. In September 2013, PG&E agreed to a $565 million settlement with 347
people affected by the explosion. In December 2013, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) issued a $14.35 million fine.
CPUC alleged that PG&E had sent the commission incorrect safety information about a gas pipeline, and failed to correct the
information for 229 days. PG&E would have been number 75.

Computer Sciences Corporation has received a yellow card because of a $97.5 million class-action settlement with certain investors
who purchased CSC stock. The plaintiffs alleged CSC misled the market about the performance of a multi-year, multi-billion-pound
