Conference The Economics of Networks University of Essex, June 16 and June 17, 2014 Andrea Galeotti and Adam Szeidl are pleased to invite you to a conference on networks that will be held at the University of Essex, during June 16-­‐17, 2014. This conference is part of our plan to have an annual series of such conferences, alternating between Budapest and Essex. Last year the conference was at CEU. The conference is been organized as part of the ERC Seminars in Networks. The conference brings in both established economists and junior researchers with an interest in networks in different applied fields. As you can see from the list of speakers, the conference will cover a variety of fields as well as methodologies. The conference will be at the Wivenhoe House Hotel (http://www.wivenhoehouse.co.uk/), which is located at the University of Essex-­‐Colchester campus (https://www.essex.ac.uk/)-­‐. The conference starts in the morning of June 16 and ends on June 17 in the afternoon. The final program will be announced shortly.
