Reference assistance Late night study UMUC does not offer reference assistance in McKeldin Library. You may ask for assistance at the McKeldin Library Services Desk, however you may be referred to a UMUC librarian for more in-depth help. The Late Night Study Card Service has been discontinued as of September 2014. You can always contact a UMUC librarian by e-mail, instant messaging, and phone during regularly-scheduled hours. Individual consultations are also available. See http://www.umuc.edu/library/libask for more information and service hours. UMUC students may stay at McKeldin Library at the University of Maryland College Park after hours provided that they are in the building before 11pm. After 11pm students will not be able to leave and re-enter the building. Please have your UMUC ID card and driver's license or stateissued ID card ready to present to McKeldin Library staff on request.
