MILWAUKEE, 15th Nov 2011 — Blue Star Infotech America Inc. (BSIA), a
leading provider of technology services to the global travel and hospitality
industry and Trisept Solutions, the United States-based technology leader for
the leisure travel industry, executed a Letter of Intent to form a joint venture
entity, Blue7 Solutions LLC. Located in Milwaukee, WI., Blue7 Solutions will
provide innovative and business-impacting technology services and solutions
for the travel and hospitality industry globally.

The partnership will provide a close proximity development center for BSIA’s
United States customers and also enhances its onshore execution capabilities in
order to provide value-based offerings and services to customers across several
industry verticals in the near-term. The center will be leveraged for codevelopment programs, building a consulting base, and providing services in
areas such as integration, mobility, social media, analytics, usability and
testing.
