Delta High School Junior Year Mock Interviews Mock Interview Volunteers Delta High School’s junior class is in the process of preparing for Mock Interviews, Job Shadows, Senior Year Internships, and their high school and beyond plans. A Mock Interview is one of the best ways for Delta students to prepare for an actual employment interview. Mock Interviews help students to learn what is expected in a real interview, improve the way they present themselves, hone their communication skills, and gain constructive feedback. Volunteers will interview four Delta juniors individually and provide feedback on all aspects of the interview process. Guidelines will be provided. The Mock Interview will last a total of 15 minutes per student; 10 minute interview portion and a 5 minute feedback and discussion period. Volunteers will be provided with each student’s resume and cover letter the morning of the interviews.
