school’s key tag to automatically earn points that can be redeemed for free educational equipment and
supplies from our program catalog.

Twitter/Facebook: If your school has its own Twitter page or Facebook account, post
information about your schools 1.2.3.4 for the Community program. You can include
information about the school’s progress, and the items on your school’s “Wish List”. Post
an image of your school’s barcode that shoppers can scan at Farm Fresh to earn credit for your school.
Program Toolbox: To download additional promotional materials and view email inserts and sample
Facebook posts, please visit the toolbox on the coordinator’s website. To access the toolbox, go to www.farmfreshsupermarkets.com, login with your school code and click on the “Toolbox” tab.

Program Rules:
1. Any accredited, non-profit public or private school, pre-school through high school,
may participate in this program. Newly enrolled pre-schools must submit non-profit
documentation to participate.
2. Schools earn one point for each dollar spent when shoppers scan their key
tags up to a total of $200,000. If the total of all schools’ earnings exceeds
$200,000, schools will receive their percentage of the total earned by all
schools. 3. See the Important Facts & Dates (page 1) of this Guide for program start and end
dates and redemption deadlines. 4. Your school may have several department goals or one combined goal. However,
we can only accept one enrollment per school. 5. To be fair to all schools, we cannot permit solicitation for the 1.2.3.4 for the
Community Program in the sponsors’ parking lots. 6. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your earned equipment. 7. This offer is void where prohibited by law. 8. All correspondence or questions about the program should be directed to Program
Headquarters at 1-800-352-4658. 9. Items must be redeemed with point value only. Cash cannot be accepted. 10. Schools are responsible for ensuring all items meet local and state laws/
regulations as applicable for the intended and foreseeable use of the equipment. 11. During the two year period, beginning the date of installation, the equipment and
material earned through this program must be used exclusively for instruction,
student enrichment, academic research, and administration of its internal affairs
by the qualifying school’s staff, faculty, students or employees. 12. Universal Promotions, Inc. reserves the right to substitute equipment of equal or
greater value if supplies are not available.
13. Items such as money orders, gift certificates, lottery tickets, stamps and sales tax
are not eligible for credit.
14.Farm Fresh Foods & Pharmancy reserves the right to change the terms of 1.2.3.4
for the Community Program at any time.

Ordering Equipment
Accessing the Catalog
At any time during the program, you will be able to login to the website and click on the Catalog
link to view the catalog. Our website has an expanded selection of items in addition to the items
featured in our paper catalog.
View by Section: Each catalog section has sub-categories to make finding items quick and easy. Just
click on a section to see what items are available.
Limit Search Results: You can browse all the items available or only those items you have enough
points to order. Simply choose the “Limit to Balance” option under “Select a Section to Browse.” You
can then switch between viewing all items and limiting to your balance.
Value Items: If you have a lower amount of points left, you can click on the value items section of the
catalog.

Wish List: Did you see an item you are interested in, but not yet time to redeem? Just add it to your
wish list. This feature makes it easy to save (and remember) the items that you and your school’s faculty

Survey: When you have finished ordering, please take our Survey. Your feedback is VERY important to us.
Ordering
Add items to your cart: To add an item to your order, please select a quantity and press the
order button. The order button is available during the redemption period only.
Checkout: Once you complete your order and it is processed, you will receive a confirmation number.
Confirmation Email: We send an email confirmation once an order is submitted and processed. If you
do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. Additionally, you can verify your order has been
processed by clicking on “Your Account” and “Account Summary”. Your order should be listed there.
Mail in Order: If you would like to mail in your order, you can download the Order Form from the
program website, under the Toolbox section. The mailing address is listed on the form, itself.

Special Requests
Items not in the Catalog: The 1.2.3.4 for the Community Program offers a “Special Request”
option for items that are not included in the catalog.
Submitting a Special Request: Complete the Special Request Form and send it to the Program
Headquarters address listed on the form.
Ordering Special Request Items: Once we review your Special Request, we will respond back to
you with a catalog number and the number of points needed to order the item(s). Please be aware that
the special request form is not an order form. You must still submit your order to us either online or by
mailing us an Ordering Form.
